Whether one project is more worthwhile than another is partly personal opinion, but do ask some questions to make sure your hard work will have a positive impact:
· Is the local community involved?
· Will the project offer lasting benefit to local communities or environments?
· Is the project taking work away from local people?
· Is the project making a profit from you? |
· Does teaching English as a foreign language really help?
