A volunteer with a social work background is required to assist this NGO in evaluating Belize’s substitute care system, adoption services, foster homes and social work. This report and assessment would be used to develop a new and successful substitute care policy to be put forward as a national initiative.
- Fundraising (ZGpcBeVa)
This centre has huge potential to become a hub of activity and cultural stimulation. It requires a volunteer to assist its busy curator in her fundraising, cataloguing and event organising activities.
- Marketing (ZYwcBcFr)
This forward thinking NGO works for women, through women and is entirely run by members of the local community. Their mission is “a fully inclusive world where justice, peace, health, human dignity, freedom and care for the environment are promoted and sustained through women's leadership”.
- Information Management (ZNcfBcEv)
Following previous volunteer success with this NGO they require a volunteer with a mathematical, IT or statistical background to develop systems of data monitoring to process their extensive evaluations of Belize’s social institutions, laws, services and provisions.
